Peterborough - Hybrid (working 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality training videos, bringing ideas to life through dynamic graphics, visuals and audio
- Edit and design materials tailored for a variety of training initiatives
- Contribute to creative training initiatives across diverse business units
- Work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with global teams and external audiences effectively
Qualifications and skills
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in multimedia development, ideally within global organizations
- Experience with industry-standard video production and design tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Self-starter mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multinational environment
