Creative Specialist

Peterborough - Hybrid (working 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home)

Initial 12-month contract - very likely to be extended for the right person!

As a Creative Specialist you’ll join a global team, creating, filming, editing and producing training videos that clearly explain complex ideas. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality training videos, bringing ideas to life through dynamic graphics, visuals and audio
  • Edit and design materials tailored for a variety of training initiatives
  • Contribute to creative training initiatives across diverse business units
  • Work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
  • Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with global teams and external audiences effectively

Qualifications and skills

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in multimedia development, ideally within global organizations
  • Experience with industry-standard video production and design tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multinational environment
