We work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and thoroughly analyse the job roles and responsibilities and that combined with our expertise allows us to understand the unique requirements of each position and provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Once we identify potential candidates, we prepare comprehensive candidate profiles highlighting their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. This enables the client to make informed decisions.
When the client identifies the ideal candidate from the shortlist, we assist in negotiating job offers, including compensation packages, benefits, and other employment terms. We facilitate the hiring process, ensuring smooth communication and coordination until the candidate is successfully placed.
Seismic will maintain a relationship with both the client and the candidate after placement. We conduct follow-ups with the client to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns; whilst rebate terms exist in our terms of business they are rarely invoked.
Contract/Interim Recruitment
Long at the core of our client offer, businesses often have the need for temporary resource to work on short term or very specialist projects. Seismic can source and engage experienced, well qualified contractors or interim/agency staff for you if required for your projects. Engaging contractors for the first time can prompt a lot of questions about the process, but we're more than happy to provide full advice on such topics as IR35 or the Agency Worker Regulations, so that both Seismic and the client can remain compliant with any legal obligations.
