​Gayle joined Seismic in 2019, and has built on her background in international b2b sales to become our supply chain guru, recruiting for roles at all levels.

​With Seismic since 2015, Francesca is originally from an HR background, having worked for a well known global engineering company. She recruits engineers for both contract and permanent positions.

A tenacious recruiter through and through, Kym has been with Seismic since 2016. Kym recruits engineers and technicians at all levels.

​An experienced resourcer and recruiter, Justyna works on finding the best candidates across all markets, but specialises in IT roles.

​Since 2012, Caroline has kept the wheels turning as our business support manager - she has a successful record in recruiting Engineers and is always happy to speak to candidates who are looking for new opportunities. With an MSc in Management, she has a strong interest in marketing and communications within business.

Overseeing the overall recruitment and new business development at Seismic, Rob also specialises in IT recruitment.

Following an extensive career in IT starting with "Big Blue" and later ECSoft, Cliff founded Seismic in 2001. Cliff has personally placed hundreds of candidates into a wide variety of IT and engineering roles, all whilst evolving Seismic into its current form.
