07:00-16:00 Monday - Thursday and 07:00-10:30 Friday
A leading global business is seeking a Traffic & Customs Supervisor to oversee the daily management of import and export activities. In this role, you'll ensure products and parts move efficiently across international borders while maintaining full compliance with customs regulations.
You'll work closely with them to lead a small but agile team and ensure operations run smoothly.

What You’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain process documentation and manage Customs & clients record-keeping
- Ensure duty management systems meet HMRC requirements and submissions are correct
- Oversee daily customs and traffic operations across international shipments
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable customs laws and regulations
- Identify and mitigate customs risks while maintaining strong control processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement across transportation and compliance functions
- Support project planning and drive operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to keep processes aligned
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in transportation, customs compliance, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and risk management
- Experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred, but strong subject matter expertise will also be considered
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience with customs systems (e.g., Ricardo) or data tools like Power BI is desirable
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
- Degree preferred, though significant industry experience will also be considered
