Internal Recruitment Coordinator

Peterborough (PE1) – Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH)

6 month contract

37 hours a week: 8.30 - 16.45 Monday to Thursday, 8.30 to 16.15 on Friday

Up to £15.95 PAYE hourly rate plus holiday and pension contribution OR Umbrella hourly rates up to £21.40 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an internal recruitment coordinator to support the delivery of the Early Talent campaigns for Apprentices, for our globally renowned Fortune 100 client. You’ll be working Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite in Peterborough, supporting the Early Talent Recruitment campaigns across our client’s multiple sites.

What would you do?

  • Schedule interviews and assessment for recruiters in UK
  • File interview notes
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to find suitable times and dates for interviews
  • Book candidates onto security
  • Book medicals for some facilities
  • Potential screening of apprentice applications (with training and support)

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a customer service administration or recruitment administration role
  • Someone organised with an excellent eye for detail with a Flexible, positive can-do attitude
  • A confident phone manner and effective communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Teams. Workday experience is an advantage
  • Experience of/exposure to, working with multiple facilities (desirable)
