Role Overview:
Reporting to the CIO, the Head of Technology will lead the IT Operations, Information Security, and IT Service Management functions. They will be responsible for the management, availability, and security of the whole IT infrastructure for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Collaborate with the business to ensure the technology is fit for purpose and aligned with the overall company strategy.
▪ Oversee the design, implementation, and management of a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and architecture.
▪ Optimize cloud resources to achieve cost efficiency and effective utilization.
▪ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology operations, security, and service delivery.
▪ Prepare and present technology performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Competencies; Skills and Experience Required:
▪ Extensive experience in IT operations, including infrastructure management, cloud architecture, IT service management, and information and cyber security.
▪ Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects.
▪ Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
