‎Are you someone who is looking to lead change and innovation? We are looking for proactive Manufacturing Engineer who can implement Robotics into production environments!

With multimillion valuing projects you will lead and work cross-functionally within our organisation to ensure the smooth introduction of our world class products.

In brief what will you do;

  • Proactively identify business opportunities, assess overall impact and justify to senior stakeholders for capital investment.
  • Lead complex manufacturing problem resolution, including investigation and solution implementation.
  • Project management – Full scope, development, budgets, resources and management of NPI or Improvement projects (Technology/Efficiency/Quality) from initiation to production and program completion.
  • Facilitate the development of manufacturing process solutions work with functional teams, using a range of tool e.g. process flows, PFMEA’s, control plans. Promote lean and quality as a focus within the business.
  • Monitor and report on project health, including issue management to ensure People, Quality, Velocity and Cost targets are achieved.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and robotics, and bring to implementation.
  • Developing equipment specifications and installation requirements and ensuring that the equipment is safe and meets the needs of manufacturing.

What we’re looking for from you as Manufacturing Engineer;

  • Degree or equivalent experience required - Manufacturing Processes, Project Management, and Problem Management Process
  • Good understanding of building and construction equipment Assembly, Test or Finish processes and production
  • Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter would be advantageous.
  • Experience of leading quality concern resolution with tools such as 8D, 5why, fishbone diagrams and other appropriate quality tools
  • 6 Sigma project leadership experience.
